  • Cooked Short-Grain Rice

  • Ssamjang (Bossam Dipping Sauce)

Pick-Up Instructions

  • Pick-Up Location: Near Zuidpark, Ghent, Belgium.
  • Pick-Up Time: 5 pm – 7 pm.
  • Order in Advance: Place your order at least 1 day before your desired pick-up date.
  • Minimum Order: 2 portions per order.
  • Important:
    • Add your preferred pick-up date in the order notes at checkout.
    • Card payments only.

Korean Bossam Kimchi 보쌈 김치

It’s kimchi making season in Korea! People make fresh kimchi and enjoy it with tender, slow-cooked pork known as Bossam. It’s an amazing dish, but it takes time and effort to make. That’s why BlondeKimchi brings you this authentic Korean experience, hassle-free!

BlondeKimchi’s Bossam Kimchi is made from my Korean mother’s secret recipe, slow cooked with a variety of Korean ingredients for tender, juicy pork.

On your pick-up day, we serve it with kimchi freshly made in the morning. Just the thought of wrapping bossam in fresh kimchi makes your mouth water! You can even make a Ssam (wrap) with napa cabbage, pork, kimchi, ssamjang and garlic.
